😊: A convenient location for train into Paris or a base for Monet gardens. Good value and clean.. 😢: Air circulation made it a little damp in the warmer temperatures ...it was over 30 degrees when we visited though... nothing major to complain about...was a good base for a night or two for the value.

😊: Fridge was large.. 😢: Location hard to find. No help from host. Towels damp..

😊: The kitchen is well equipped, and there were tea, coffee, and small cakes available for guests. The interior design is pleasant, and the location is convenient for those traveling by car.. 😢: We booked this property for three adults (a mother, her adult son, and a friend) and clearly stated twice that we needed three separate beds. The host confirmed that this would be arranged. When we arrived, only one double bed was made up. After several messages and a phone call, the host arrived half an hour later and unfolded the sofa bed and one folding bed. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable - not because the mattress was thin, but because it was completely worn out and did not spring at all. The middle seam between the two sofa halves was sticking out, making it impossible to find a flat surface to lie on. I couldn’t fall asleep until around 5 a.m., and by 7:30 we already had to get up and leave. Around 3:30 a.m., the folding bed literally collapsed under me: the slats fell out of the frame, which came apart at the corners. I am a woman of average build (about 60 kg) and rather short, so the issue was definitely not caused by excess weight - the bed was simply defective. The second folding bed was also broken in exactly the same way, with loose slats on the floor. We tried stacking the two thin folding-bed mattresses, but they kept sliding apart. In the end, our friend had to share the double bed with my son, and I spent the rest of the night on the sofa - a miserable experience. The next morning, I sent a detailed message to the host describing everything that had happened, but she never replied. The false description of sleeping arrangements, broken furniture, and the host’s complete lack of response ruined our stay..
