Appartement 6 pers Eaux-Bonnes!

😢: I already know from previous trips in France that apartments often don't include sheets and towels, but I can only imagine that multiple clients had been caught out and used the beds without sheets. Unfortunately I had forgotten to bring some, but honestly I've never seen such s dirty place. The quilts, pillows and mattresses were brown. We slept in our pyjamas but on the sofa. There is a dishwasher, but multiple plates were covered in dried food. After we left, we were asked for photos of the apartment, which I didn't think to take. I wonder if it is properly checked before clients arrive. It has a Booking.com high rating, but based on what? We've stayed in beautiful apartments before on Cauterets, si this was a real disappointment..

😊: Clean. 😢: There wasn’t any Bed Sheets Pillowcases Quilt Covers Towels . We had to sleep in our clothes on the two sofas available & after travelling 12hs from Southern Spain & the following day was also a long one we needed to freshen up & showered but used our clothing to dry ourselves . Upon complaining they pointed out the information was in our detail it was not I explained it was unhygienic to not have coverings for the bedding also the lack of Towels especially a hand one to dry your hands after using the WC the reply from them was … Get a Hotel Next Time . Disgusting behaviour shown from these owners ..
