😢: I do not recommend dealing with this person. I strongly advise reading the comments above. In my case, the situation was as follows: I traveled thousands of kilometers with my wife and three minor children to check in. Upon arrival, I tried to contact this person — I called about 10 times, but he did not answer any calls and only responded via messages. At some point, he sent me a link where I was supposedly required to pay a deposit. However, the link looked suspicious, and it required me to enter my banking details. I refused because I did not understand what kind of link it was or whether it was secure. I believe that one should first see the apartment before making any financial decisions. I cannot send money or provide personal banking information without verifying that the property actually exists and matches the description. After that, the person claimed that I never showed up, even though I have proof that I was there. I will be disputing this case through my bank and filing a complaint with Booking..

😊: Nothing. 😢: It was dirty, stains on the carpets, beds uncomfortable. There was a €500 deposit that wasn’t in the booking policy, they would not answer the phone, only sent messages requesting deposit before they would release the information on how to get into the apartment. I was travelling with my elderly parents and 2 special needs children..
