Appartement 702 - Vue Montagne

The property is exactly what you would expect from Saskia Falaise, although more down at heel poorly equipped than most. The worst was the customer service from Mont Blanc Booking. At the last minute (I was in the building) they demanded a picture of my credit card (despite me sending them the info, I did not have an actual picture) and only their incompetence let me in to the apartment - even as they were denying me access over the phone, the email with the key code came through! Then they lied repeatedly about there not being a ski locker, despite me sending them a photo of said locker, and failed to deliver the sheets towels I ordered. Any attempt to lodge a formal complaint has been dodged. Do not use Mont Blanc booking, there are plenty of other Saskia Falaise options - I have had excellent experiences with Pierre et Vacances for example.
