Appartement agréable Montmartre - Sacré-Cœur

😊: The location is great. A lot of the flat looks newly installed and you can see some areas where guest comfort has been considered.. 😢: The check in instructions given were wrong as the code to the main door didn't work. It took 2 and a half hours to get the correct code which was unacceptable. There was no WiFi. We messaged using all the suggested means - email, text, WhatsApp, but no response. Eventually we got a response and were told that we should ask someone else and a new number was given. They weren't able to help either. Any response from either number took hours. Again, completely unacceptable and expensive to pay the extra data. The windows don't shut, the neighbours shout all night, the door don't stay closed. I would recommend booking elsewhere..
