😊: The only positive thing I can mention about this property is its location. 😢: Unfortunately, the apartment was very poorly equipped – there wasn’t even any hand soap in the bathroom. On top of that, the floor was dirty. What made things worse was that we felt misled by the host: I booked the apartment for that same day with check-in at 4:00 PM, but the host told me that the earliest I could arrive would be 6:00 PM, because he wouldn’t have time to prepare it since I made the reservation at 2:00 PM. If the apartment isn’t ready, it shouldn’t be available for booking. He also referred to some supposed rule that if a booking is made after 12:00 PM, he has the right to set a later check-in time – which is not stated anywhere. He even said that if I didn’t like it, I could look for accommodation elsewhere. Very poor attitude.

😊: The location and terrace outside was amazing. We would recommend this stay and we had a great time exploring the area and taking the boat to St Tropez..

😊: The location, the interior design and confort. The garden was a canal in the port of Grimaud. A wonderful view, calm, different, relaxing, in a super comfortable apartment that was also very calm and noise-free. 😢: Really nothing.

Très mignon<br>#128578; L'emplacement est super sur la place central. L'appartement est refait à neuf c'est grande hauteur sous plafond donne un effet de grandeur! Tout c'est bien passé<br>#128577; Les oreillets sont très fin, donc pas trop agréable. Il manque une lumière dans l'espace enfant car il y a qu'un bandeau lumineux qui ne fonctionne pas toujours. Et l'évacuation de la clim mouillé toute la terrasse il faudrait prévoir un récipient.

Exceptionnel !<br>#128578; Séjour exceptionnel ! Un appartement magnifique avec terrasse fleurie sur la marina, le rêve le matin au réveil et le soir pour l’apéro. Environnement reposant et très calme. 100% sécurisé, nos enfants allaient chercher les glaces tout seul à pied. L’appartement très bien pensé avec son coin nuit moderne pour les enfants, très bonne literie. Salle de bain très propre. On reviendra car nous avons passé un petit séjour extraordinaire.
