Appartement au calme avec vue mer, plage et parc paysagé

l'appartement est idéalement situé : calme, vue sur l'océan, plage et balade sur place, facilité d'accès à la ville de la rochelle. L'intérieur est agréable et la vue est magnifique. Le logement est parfaitement équipé.

Très bon séjour . Une vue splendide , appartement très lumineux et confortable tout près des plages et du port des minimes.

Die Wohnung ist extrem ruhig am Ende der Landzunge gelegen. Nachts hört man die Wellen rauschen, tags kann man sich auf der grosszügigen Terrasse sonnen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr nah gelegen. Die Altstadt ist sehr gut mit dem Shuttleboot zu erreichen.

Appartement très agréable, spacieux avec tout le confort nécessaire et vue sur mer. Le plus c'est son emplacement: tout proche d'une plage puisqu'il suffit de descendre de l'immeuble et de marcher à peine 2 minutes. Proche du port pour aller au centre de La Rochelle en bateau bus. Nous avons eu un très bon contact avec Xavier qui nous a accueilli et donné pas mal d'informations. Si nous revenons à La Rochelle, sans hésiter nous passerons par vous.

This is a fantastic apartment, light and airy and well designed with great views out to sea. We were met by Christian who had fantastic English and was very informative. You are only a few steps from a blue flag beach and there are lots of options for getting into the centre of La Rochelle - we used the Yelo hire bikes which were 50c each way and there was a cycle path all the way into town (10 mins) There is lots to do in La Rochelle and the surrounding area; we particularly enjoyed Ile de Re and Maria’s Poitevin (green Venice). Sehr zu empfehlen, vor allen die Möglichkeit, mit dem Boot nach La Rochelle zu fahren und der vorhandene Parkplatz

Nous étions trois et avons pu apprécier le confort de cet appartement bien équipé. Il faisait très chaud mais nous en avons pas trop souffert car il y a suffisamment d'ouverture pour rafraîchir l'appartement et la plage n'est pas loin pour un bain rafraîchissant.
