😊: Very central, clean, big bathroom, good communication with host.

😊: We visited Perpignan for a 2 day/1 night stay. It was a last minute decision and we hadn't planned the stay. We booked this apartment without really knowing what we were getting. We were pleasantly surprised..perfect location in the centre of the picturesque historical centre. Very safe and secure with electric gates at the entrance. The instructions were clear and we were met at in wonderfully restored entrance hall by the host's mother in law, Francoise. What a warm, wonderful woman! She was so helpful and welcoming and made us feel as though we were guests staying with her! I would give this apartment a 10/10 just for her alone! The apartment itself was clean, well equipped and a nice comfortable space. Everything worked well and was well maintained. The host sent a message containing lots of useful information for places of interest, things to do and places to eat/drink. Very helpful local knowledge. It is great value for money and I don't think we could have gotten better for the price we paid.. 😢: On the whole, we liked everything. The bed made quite loud creaking sounds even from small movements. This disturbed my sleep a litte. It was a clean and comfortable bed though, other than the noise. Also the bathroom drain smell was quite strong. Maybe because there was no plug in the sink? Both are minor points and neither of these things would prevent us staying again and did not spoil our time there at all..

😊: The location was very good. Right in the centre of town..
