Appartement au cœur du village de CALLIAN

😊: Everything! The location was perfect. 😢: Nothing.

😊: Beautiful view. Spacious and well equipped. Quiet street very near to centre of village.. 😢: Nothing.

😊: - great location close to the village centre - easy communication, friendly host - good parking options on the street - bottle of rose wine as a welcome drink - well equipped kitchen - cosy “winter garden”/terrace. 😢: - the garden below the house could use some cleaning (you don’t have access there, just in terms of the view).

😊: Value for money. Small, narrow streets give the feeling of something medieval but pleasant and cozy. Not far to drive to Cannes and Frejus. very close there is a picturesque lake for those who love water recreation. Nice owners of the house who are ready to help.. 😢: There are actually not many disadvantages. One very big disadvantage is that there is no normal frying pan. The ones that are there are all very scratched. Teflon is very poisonous when scratched. Another disadvantage is that it can be problematic to find parking near the house. However, if you park partially on the curb, then you can find a place more easily..

😊: This very village house has all amenities. İt is also quite clean and close to village center with shops and restaurants, just fifteen-minutes drive for beautiful lake. The balcony and its lanscape is a highlight.
