😊: Great communication, 2 sets of keys, oven, perfect location. Clean and well equipped. Lots of space !.

😊: nothing!!!. 😢: Upon arrival at the rental apartment, I was shocked and disappointed to find the following unsatisfactory sanitary conditions, leaving me no option to find alternative accommodations. Poor Cleanliness: The apartment had not been adequately cleaned prior to my arrival. There were visible dust, dirt, and stains on various surfaces, including countertops, floors, and bathroom fixtures. Foul Odors: The bed also emitted a musty and unpleasant odor, which was indicative of inadequate maintenance and cleanliness standards. This odor made it extremely uncomfortable for me to sleep comfortably. Bed Hygiene: Upon inspecting the bed in the apartment, I was horrified to find that the sheets and pillowcases were stained and visibly dirty. This not only raised concerns about cleanliness but also posed a significant health risk. It was evident that the bed linens had not been changed or properly laundered before my arrival. Lack of Bedding Supplies: The apartment lacked extra bedding supplies, such as additional sheets or blankets, which would have allowed me to address the unsanitary condition of the bed linens myself. This oversight added to the overall discomfort of my stay. I immediately brought these bed-related concerns to the attention of the property management upon arrival, but the response was inadequate. These conditions not only violated my expectations but also raised serious health and hygiene concerns. I had no other choice than to spend the two booked nights across the street at Auberge de Piau, that thankfully accepted us on such short notice, despite being empty at the time.
