Lovely place with lots of great details. I stayed on the fold out couch and thought it was very comfortable. The toilet was in a separate area than the shower/sink which made it easier for 3 girls getting ready. The location was quiet and safe with quick access to bus and metro. It was perfect for us. Great location, walking distance to main landmarks. The apartment was a bit smaller than expected, but fine for 3 people, however I was surprised by the lack of windows.

We stayed here for 3 days. It was comfortable for 2 people, but would have been tight with 3. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We had to buy more toilet paper and definitely could have used more towels. Overall, would recommend.

Overall, check-in and out was very efficient and easy. It is also a great location in Paris, close to all the main attractions. Only critiques were that it is too cramped for a four person stay, there was little storage space to unpack or store suitcases and bags so with four people it was very cosy to say the least. I would definitely recommend it for two people though. We also only received half a toilet paper roll between four people for the duration of a four day stay and the shower switches between burning hot to freezing cold. Otherwise, it has heating for winter stays and an aircon for summer stays which was great and the facilities were very clean.

Cosy Suite is more of a cave. There are NO windows. There is no closet, no place for luggage. The heat and towel warmer did not work! The floors are very dirty and the tools to clean them are worse. There is no dishwasher (which they ask you to load on departure), and no ice compartment in the frig. They wash the community garbage cans in front of the front door, but not the front door or artificial plant. The same cigarette butts are still on the plant stand that where there two weeks ago! This is our sixth trip to Paris, this is the dirtiest place we have stayed at. We begged for a different unit the moment we walked in.

This is a great apartment for a short break. The location is excellent, close to the metro, a bakery and small supermarket, but the apartment itself was in a quiet courtyard so you don't get traffic noise. It had everything we needed for a short stay with our 5 year old. The kitchen is tiny but perfectly adequate for a few days and everything was clean on arrival. Good value for money.
