😊: Location. 😢: They provided one Large bin bag, this resulted in us leaving glass bottles in a orderly fashion washed at the sink. We were then charged a cleaning deposit although we left the property in a spotless condition..

😊: L'emplacement près des transports. Agence et décoré avec goût. Organisation pratique pour récupérer les clés.. 😢: Beaucoup trop de mail envoyé par le majordome. Le côté un peu trop institutionnel..

😊: Location, 10 min till the centre. 😢: Property was not cleaned, submitted my pictures on they portal but not heard back from the host. Very dusty everywhere, on the bedroom radiator there where think layer of dust. Sofa in the living room was so dirty inside, we could not used. We were 2 adults, 1 teenager and toddler. Adults and toddler sleep in the double bed in bedroom, as we could not use the sofa bed. Apartment designed just for 2 people, as there were only 2 cups, we had to take a turn to have a hot drink. Bathroom is inside the bedroom, no separate bathroom as advertised, and you cant lock the bedroom door, so no privacy. Windows are with the shutter from outside so not possible to see outside, floor extremely cold. Chair mats were dirty, one was missing, some dirt in the kitchen drawers. You have to ring the French number to get in the property, if someone rely just on the WIFi then could be left outside. Nowhere to hang your coats when you enter the property..

😊: La décoration est sympa à regarder mais le canapé inconfortable . L’assise penche vers l’avant quand on s’assoit . Le placard d’entrée ne dispose pas de penderie ( ce serait un plus) Et le manque de vaisselle ( bols verres tasses insuffisant ) dommage quand on dispose d’un très bon lave vaisselle . D’ailleurs pour le lave vaisselle : laisser le sel régénérant, le liquide rinçage et le gel à disposition . Sinon il s’endommagera rapidement .. 😢: Le manque de rideaux dans la chambre compte tenu du vis à vis ( sinon vivre dans le noir volets fermes ) Le manque de parking privé est un réel inconvénient car le secteur a une belle densité de population et le parking municipal est payant quand on trouve une place 🤪 . La salle de bains communicante avec la chambre empêche d’avoir chaud sous la douche ( le chauffage n’est pas soufflant).

😊: Tram à 1 minute Boulangerie excellente Un carrefour city va ouvrir sous peu à côté. 😢: Impossible de verser la caution de leur conciergerie via mon portable; je vous encourage vivement à vous y prendre à l'avance!! Puis lumière du hall ne fonctionnant pas; il faut aller dans la boite à clé au fond de la dernière boite aux lettres... Mieux vaut avoir de la batterie sur son tel ! Dommage, pas de capsules Nespresso de bienvenue :((.

😊: Appartement situé à quelques pas d'un arrêt de tram, à 15min à pied du centre ville. les clés sont très facilement récupérable et le logement est très bien agencé et beau. La clim est un sacré plus. Je recommande ce logement..

😊: The restroom was locked - it could not open for us to relieve ourselves after a long journey. This was the worst experience we ever had in nearly 30 years of traveling. We notified immediately the contact for the property and they could not resolve the issue. We had to wait for more than two hours for getting approval from a manager in order to switch properties - all this time with our bodies in extreme fatigue and under pressure to use a restroom for much needed relief. We decided to move to an Airbnb apartment in order to relieve yourselves. We informed the manager of the property and we demand our money back plus compensation for our horrible suffering.. 😢: We want our money back and a compensation for suffering.
