Appartement avec cachet au cœur du Vieux Lille

😊: Position was excellent.. 😢: Someone with a key entered the apartment on the Saturday night we were out and seemingly urinated over our clothes, suitcases, presents, bedroom and bed. The apartment have video cameras in the reception hall and have refused/ignored any requests for these. They have refused compensation and dialogue other than to refund the cleaning charge of 32 euros. We have photos of this and have sent it to the landlord and booking.com. What happened is disgusting, the service afterwards is disgraceful..

😊: Location fab. Lille is lovely. Location in quiet side room was very much to our liking. Not far from both train stations. 😢: We were there for 9 days - a change in sheets and towels would be nice over this period. Also only one towel of adequate size..

Great place for one or...<br>#128578; great location, perfect size, washer, full kitchen. comfortable, firm bed and sofa.<br>#128577; no dryer, no drying rack and no place to hang a clothesline.
