Appartement avec terrasse

😊: The central location is excellent and the apartment is light and bright with a balcony overlooking the church- good to watch the swifts circulating.The kitchen was well equipped and the dining area well furnished; the shower room is separate from the wc -although the shower sometimes got blocked. Good basic layout withtwo separate bedrooms. We were met by an agent from Morbihan Concierge who let us in and explained how things worked.. 😢: The entrance to the apartment is quite dismal and smelly as the garbage store is located here. It can be hard to open the front door- we mentioned this to the agents but this is not something they can change. Some of the furniture is quite flimsy or broken: the old chest of drawers in the double bedroom needs repairing or replacing as two of the drawers don't open; the small living room has a stained couch and two cheap conservatory chairs one of which was wonky. We stayed for a month but there was no automatic arrangement for a change of towels or bedlinen. The store cupboard is a mess. With a little more money spent on upgrading this apartment it could be really lovely. It's probably fine for a short visit..

Ein Schlafzimmer mit großem Wasserfleck an der Decke und Schimmelbildung. Aus gesundheitlichen Gründen für uns nicht nutzbar. 2. Balkon ohne Mobiliar (kein Tisch, keine Stühle). Der Balkon macht einen ausgesprochen tristen Eindruck. 3. Küche entgegen der ursprünglichen Beschreibung ohne Spülmaschine (Beschreibung wurde offenbar bereits geändert). 4.
