😢: shower leaks, no towels or sheets at this price is unacceptable.

😊: Nothing. 😢: I booked to stay here in June, on a cycle trip across the Pyrenees. When we arrived in the late afternoon we discovered that there were no towels or linen, the pillows and bedding were unclean and the kitchen had not been properly cleaned. It was certainly not clear when we booked that towels or linen were not provided (although this is now in the ‘fine print’) and the photos showed made up beds. We contacted the owners for advice immediately but received no reply (despite having received messages about accessing the apartment a short time before). We were therefore forced to move to and pay for another location at short notice. Both Booking.com and I have sought to contact the owners several times since then, but continue to receive no response..
