Appartement Bellevue - Welkeys

😊: The property was in a great location and the pool and sauna enhanced our stay.. 😢: We had a deposit held on our credit card for a €1000 euros which we had to pay the admin fee. I received constant emails from the company who were holding our deposit to pay an additional fee to insure our deposit. I also had emails and texts with instructions for checking in and out. This involved uploading photos and taking a video to prove we had left the property in the same condition as when we arrived. To date I still have not received confirmation that our deposit had been released. For a short break of 4 nights I found the whole process quite stressful definitely not the same experience we usual have with booking.com.

😊: Very easy to check in with Whatsapp messages + videos explaining how to pick up keys and get to the apartment.. 😢: There was no access available to the ski room to store/dry our equipment. This was apparently a known issue before we booked due to a missing key from the owner, but was not mentioned until we arrived and enquired about access. While trying to resolve this issue with our host, they simply stopped replying after stating that we would unfortunately have to store/dry our equipment in the apartment..
