😊: Stylish and bright.. 😢: Mosquitoes. Way worse than in other areas of Arcachon. No nets. If you open the windows you will be bitten. If you don't it's suffocating. One of us got allergic to the bites. Was bad. Management company is called Wellkeys. They are very unfriendly. Spam you with stuff they are trying to sell. Really spoiled the impression..

😊: Nice modern apartment within 19 minute drive of Arcachon and beaches. 😢: One of the bedrooms is a partitioned room off the main living area. Ok for a family but less so for adult couples..

GReat home with almost everything we needed. What we desperately missed: window screens to keep all the mosquitoes out. We couldn't let the doors open to let fresh air in because there were so many mosquitoes. Also the steps that lead to the entrance door are extremely slippery when wet.

😊: Well furnished kitchen. Good washing machine. Nice patio. Easy parking and close to shops or restaurants. Quiet area.. 😢: The mosquitoes !.

We had a great stay at this house! But I a few suggestions: An outdoor plug in would be useful. 2nd bedroom would need wider single beds to sleep adults comfortable. Felt like camping mattress width. Too narrow to turn over! Main bedroom mattress could use a soft topper. Sleeping comfortable on vacation and investing in wide and comfortable mattresses should always be made priority for any rental!
