😊: Bathroom, neigjbourhood. Value for money is ok but nothing special. Very nice and efficient cleaners people.. 😢: Rather small for 3 people (small dining table). No check out time information, not all check in info was communicated to us. Walk is 35 m long to the grand place so count more than what is stated. Appartment would deserve to be more equiped..

😊: Secure and comfortable. In a good location to the tram for exploring Lille..

😊: location was close to Lille, quiet and accessible. When I could not work out the wifi, Elena was very quick to respond..

😊: It was close to the tramway only a 5 minute walk to take you to the centre of Lille & to both train stations. It was comfortable to come back to after a day out & have a lounge to sit on to relax. The kitchen had all the essentials needed to make breakfast plus microwave to heat things up.. 😢: Acquiring the key was a problem had to go to the shop 300metres up the road twice before I manage to get the key as I hadn’t received the code to collect it. Part of the problem was the address sent to me was different to what was on Booking.com. Had gone to both places to try key, lucky the places were only a street apart it was inconvenient .Took a few hours to sought this out. The apartment was good once we got in..
