Appartement Calais centre (+ parking gratuit)

😊: The apartment was just 5 minutes walk from the town of Calais. It was well equipped and ideal for an overnight stay. There is free secure car parking.. 😢: The bed linen was 100% polyester which was hot and uncomfortable. Also it was a bit of faff having to first get into the apartment to get the key to open the gate to the secure car parking.

😊: Location, parking, kitchen, living room and good value for money.. 😢: Shower room would benefit from completion. We believe that further investment will go a long way to improve the shower room, and possibly increase the price of the accommodation because everything else is very good..

😊: Handy location for a pre-ferry stay. We enjoyed walking into Calais centre-ville for dinner. Carrefour opposite. Good views across the city.. 😢: Not 100% easy to get keys etc, but once we understood the instructions we were fine. No wifi..

😊: Very clean and I really liked the smell of the whole place.. 😢: Getting into the place was a bit of a hassle but that would have been preventable if I had bothered to translate the instructions before actually going there. Host was very helpful though..
