Appartement Cathala - Welkeys

good location. we were able to check in early. The apartment is in a beautiful building but the building hallways were filthy and smelled of smoke, and other apartments had garbage outsiude their doors. Not the fault of this apartment, but it takes away from the experience. The apartment itself had beautiful windows and was a great size, it just needs a refresh. It felt a bit like staying at a college dorm. The sheets and pillowcases didn't match, the towels didn't match and were pretty worn, the kitchen was pretty bare bones. It didn't help we jad just stayed in a B&B in avignon that was perfect and so well stocked. But, as I said the apartment itelsef is beautiful, with those amazing windowns and high ceilings, and the location itself was wonderful.

😊: Nothing as it mentioned in the Booking.com. 😢: The lift every day wasn’t working we had problems with that every day and when we walked in the property the windows twasn’t closing apartment was on the main road so all night we couldn’t sleep very noisy and busy road plus the pillows. They were all yellow very very, very old. We had to go down to the shops and buy a new pillows so we can sleep in a clean bed And the apartment was very dusty. The shower was blocked. And dirty They even put something to open the shower when is blocked because they knew it will happen . the kitchen not comfortable to use the equipment for cooking very old , no air conditioning is the apartment and we knew that but it’s very very hot in summer and the fan they providing it doesn’t help.

Very good location. Easy to check- in and -out. Good beds. Kitchen well equipped. Chairs not too comfortable. TV did not work and no help to fix it (we well survived without TV, though).Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Confortable, soigné et bel emplacement.<br>#128578; Eclairé, propre, bien situé.<br>#128577; Les lumières de chevet de la chambre ne fonctionnaient pas. Bruyant quand les fenêtres sont ouvertes mais ça vient évidemment avec l’emplacement.
