Appartement centre historique - climatisé avec extérieur au calme

😊: Great location, cute place, great AC, nice to have a washing machine and fridge.. 😢: Half a roll of toilet paper and no washing powder, a little small and backyard needs a tidy up. Hot water doesn’t last long..

😊: Full of character, a real oasis in the city centre. Gorgeous garden studio with plants giving privacy. Very cute and quirky, all facilities available including kitchen and washing machine.. 😢: Quite expensive. It's a small space with very narrow front door and low stonework..

😊: Fridge.. 😢: Cars aren't allowed into the centre so NO PARKING Space, although Booking. Com said there was. Public carpark 15 mins walk away carrying luggage, 20 Euro per day. Bedroom too small for the large bed. Mould in the corner. Overpriced. 238 Euro for two nights..

This little and well laid out ground floor apartment was perfect for our time in Aix. Super convenient to old town, culture, restaurants and shopping. We appreciated the owner accommodating us for an extra day and the lovely terrace to enjoy, as well as a place to store our bicycles.

😊: This property is super cute & has great bones to really make it a calm oasis in the Old Town Centre. Having an outdoor space is super nice, it is spacious enough to relax and read.. 😢: The apartment feels tired, and could really do with some TLC injected into the place. Especially outside with plant debris just littered around, it was a little disappointing if I’m honest..

We stayed for 3 nights. The location is wonderful and close to L'hôtel de ville, the market, and lots of shops. The snall courtyard was nice for enjoying a glass of wine or breakfast. The only thing to cpmplain about is that the Arch between the kitchen and bedroom is low, so watch your head!!There are two parking structures nearby. The structure near les Cardeurs is 25/day. The Parking Pasteur on Rue du Chapitre was 20 per day but very convenient. I would recommend staying here!
