😊: The location was great but frustrating not to have parking outside. Good short walk to the ski lift and down to bakery for breakfast. 😢: The sloping roofs were not ideal resulting in lots of bumped heads, we moved the comfy seats to round the table because the stools are not great for long family sippers or doing homework/work apres ski. It was difficult to get a proper shower temperature. The dishwasher was full of disgusting dirty water making the whole apartment smell disgusting. Insufficient bedding was provided and it took days to get a response from the agency and even then not the right number of duvet covers were provided. Paula was apologetic but the system is chaotic and inefficient..
