😊: We very like this apartment, everything was fine. Even stairs wasn’t problem for us 🙂 fully happy! Would stay here again! Thanks!. 😢: Nothing. Location and everything was super duper 😀💪.

😊: The apartment was lovely and the location was spot on... 😢: The 3 narrow flights of stairs - need to be more specific about how difficult it is with large luggage and mobility issues. We had big problems with the key to the apartment.....extremely difficult to unlock the door. Towel rail not working. No light bulbs in the bathroom and bedroom. (Reported this and was promised a visit at a specific time to sort, but no-one showed up, and no explanation. Need an information sheet as guests are international and it can't be presumed that they know how things work. A few coffee pods would have been helpful..
