😊: It was convenient to visit a relative in a local care home and to park the car outside the host’s flat. It was mostly quiet and outside the centre. It is spacious.. 😢: It is extortionate for what it is. You cannot sit on the tiny balcony. If you go into the garden the son’s dog barks. The place is dirty (floors)and mostly dark. No bed side light in the bedroom to read or to help get up during the night. You need to switch on the light in the kitchen even at midday to see anything. See pictures attached. There is no air extraction in the kitchen either and it gets smoky and smelly when one cooks even quick basic food. The kitchenware and appliances are in need of updating and very poor. The kettle wire is about to snap. There are two very small flat plates only. The rest are shallow plates for soup. We were given one bath towel for two and 2 hand towels for the whole stay. The little dish soap supplied was so diluted I ended up washing up with my shower gel..
