😢: We arrived late in the evening and unfortunately the cleanliness of the accommodation was far below expectations. The toilets had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival, and traces from previous use were still visible. In the downstairs bathroom, it was evident that it had been used and not properly cleaned afterwards, including hair left on the floor. The upstairs bathroom was in such poor and unhygienic condition that we did not feel comfortable using it at all. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress was old, and the bedsheets did not feel clean. Overall, the hygiene and preparation of the apartment did not match the listing description or photos. The location was acceptable, but the cleanliness, comfort, and basic readiness of the accommodation require serious improvement before welcoming future guests..
