Appartement charmant et calme aux portes de Monaco

😊: The location is right next to a bus stop to Monaco, and the owner was very helpful, allowing us to check in at 11.00 already. 😢: To clarify: we paid EUR1535 for 2 nights. I know this is the Formula 1 premium, but we could have been treated slightly nicer for this premium. I checked the pricing for other days, and we paid 500% of the normal price. You can at least leave us a bottle of prosecco for that money. Separate from the pricing: The apartment is at a busy road. Upon arrival, someone peed against the gate, and the rest of the weekend there was a strong urine smell at the entry. On the living room side, you can hear the traffic. On the bedroom side (your bed being right next to the front door), there was noise both nights from other people until late. In the morning, we woke up to noise from a family with kids. We never saw them, so we don’t know where it came from. There is another apartment right next door, so you have limited privacy on your terrace. The apartment could use some proper maintenance: the towel hanger in the bathroom is loose and the bathroom ceiling could use some proper anti-mold action. There is no shelf to put your make up, there is no toilet roll hanger, and there is no cutting board for bread - with only one cutting board, you are mixing bread/veggies/meat. Overall, the experience made me feel ripped off. I used to work in the area and know it well. We will come back, but not here..

Beautiful little apartment with garden...<br>#128578; Great location - an hours walk into Monaco and 15mins to a beautiful little pebble cove beach. Close to a supermarket and restaurants. We really appreciated getting a private car spot. Host was friendly and helpful.

We know very well the area as we lived there for a couple of years and it super recommended as it close to an amazing beach and you can easily get to Monaco
