😊: Excellent location, fully equipped . Comfortable and lots the design. We only stayed for one night as stopped over to drive south. The old town is very pretty.. 😢: the only issues with the main part of the shower was broken.

😊: The apartment is fully equipped (except for a washing machine, which we didn’t see). Madame Biba was very welcoming and had prepared everything needed for an excellent breakfast: milk, orange juice, cereals, crispbread, coffee, jams, and butter. The apartment is located in a historic area of Ferrand, but to get to the city centre of Clermont-Ferrand, at Jaude, you need transport. Madame Biba suggested taking the tram, which turned out to be very convenient as it takes you right into the centre. Tickets can be purchased from the machines at the stop. The apartment was spotlessly clean. We parked on the street, and the lady — very kindly — woke us up early in the morning to warn us that we had to move the car because of the market, as we hadn’t seen her message. Otherwise, the police would have had it towed away. Clermont-Ferrand, apart from the Michelin museum and the two churches, doesn’t have much else to see, but if you are stopping for a night along the way, this address is highly recommended..

😊: What a lovely stylish apartment on the ground floor in medieval Montferrand but surprisingly quiet. Claude was very helpful and gave us a thorough tour and explanation. Attention to detail was fabulous and the bed was comfy,fab coffee machine and shower.it was 35 degrees outside in the street but so cool inside. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable. 😢: Minor point but despite Claude’s attention to detail there was no black tea and no shampoo. However, there was a huge choice of other beverages. Also be aware that if you are two couples staying then one bedroom leads into the other. Parking is on the street outside.

😊: The property was beautiful, well presented and equipped wonderful. Very comfortable beds and linen was very good.. 😢: The only problem is it’s a little way from the centre and bars and restaurants are limited within walking range.
