Appartement climatisé - Tout confort - avec jardin et parking

Yann and Eva were extremely anxious to make our stay with them as pleasant and comfortable as they possibly could without hesitation we would unreservedly recommend this accommodation, spent a lot of time in their well presented garden.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der wunderschöne Strand ist nur in 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Cannes, Nizza und Monaco sind gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen. Vielen Dank Yann und Eva.

We visited this place mid of Sep. and liked it a lot! A lot of Pros: - Kind and reachable hosts - quite big appartment - Very well equipped (washing machine, BBQ, dish washer etc.) and clean. - Separate Air Conditioning in living room, and both sleeping chambers - Save and private parking space - 5min walk to the sand(!) beach - Groceries, bus stop, and a few restaurants around the corner - Cannes, Nice Ville and Airport, ... all well reachable via train (TER). We enjoyed our stay a lot and would book it again.

Propriétaires très agréables et sympathiques. Ils nous ont conseillé sur toutes les visites à réaliser aussi bien côté mer que côté terre. Location moderne et très bien agencée. Très proche de la mer et de la ville pour si rendre à pieds. Un séjour vraiment très bien. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés. Encore merci aux propriétaires nous reviendrons pour visiter ce que nous n avons pas eu le temps de faire….

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Yann. L’appartement (qui est en fait le rez de chausse de sa maison) est top, et l’accès au jardin est vraiment un gros plus ! La possibilité de garer sa voiture est également très appréciable. La maison se trouve à environ 7 min à pieds de la plage ! Enfin, Yann est très agréable, et nous avons apprécié sa discrétion et sa sympathie.

Perfect apartment located near beach near restaurant but in a very quite block. Yann and Eva are very professional hosts. They waited for us in the evening due to traffic problem they gave us all infos about antibes and juan les pains. a Big Thank you. We hope to back again!
