😊: A very nice apartment in a lovely area. Covered parking is nearby. The owner is very helpful.. 😢: The only downside was that, upon arrival, there weren't enough sheets and towels for everyone (there were four of us, which is the apartment's maximum capacity). The missing sheets and towels only arrived for the last night..

😊: The location is nice, right in the centre near Place Graslin.. 😢: It’s on the top floor and has no a/c or fans, and in Summer it gets really hot. Also no lift, so you have to walk up a lot of stairs to get there, it’s a serious workout if you have heavy luggage, and then the front door is hard to open. The bathroom was really bad. Smelled like sewer, the washbasin is super tight, the bathroom wall was cracked with infiltrations, and there wasn’t nearly enough light in there, just the mirror light. You can tell this was all prepped to rent in a rush. The tap in the bathroom had very little cold water running and it’s either that or very hot water. There was only one pillow per person on the bed. The couch was looking pretty dirty. At night you had to keep the windows open to get some fresh air in and be able to sleep, but it was really noisy into the late hours of the morning, there were still loud drunk people going around at 3 and 4am. No one bothered to clean around the windows and they looked filthy. Avoid..
