😊: We loved our stay at the lovely central location. Lola was a great host, she provide us an earlier check-in and a later check-out which was very kind :-).

😊: On a positive note, the location was excellent and really helped make the stay more convenient !. 😢: The Wi-Fi didn’t work at all during the stay, which was really inconvenient. There were visible stains on the sheets, and a hair tie left in the shower cabin, probably from a previous guest. It gave the impression that cleanliness and attention to detail were lacking. It’s a shame, because the place has potential with a bit more care..

😊: Great location, perfect spot in Old Town Nice. Good rental if you’re going to be out most the day.. 😢: Cleaning isn’t included you have to take out the rubbish bags down the block. Bedding + pillows are uncomfortable, shower was blocked and not super clean..

😊: Has everything you need in a lovely part of old town. Only one set of steps and you are in the middle of the hustle and bustle of markets etc. 😢: Kitchen is fully decked out however there was no chopping board and the bed was rather uncomfortable but all in all a great place..

High level accomodation in the...<br>#128578; Well-equipped apartment in the heart of the ancient town, on the first floor with a view to a square where the national theatre is located. WOW! Tramway is available for a minute walk, bakery with fresh made baguettes + croissants + coffee is right on the corner, Carrefour supermarket is in the other corner, fish market is around the square with music and happy people consuming shellfish with white wine. Live music played in the restaurant opposite on Friday and Saturday nights. The seashore is...<br>#128577; Dust under the bed, unstable shelves should be mounted/fixed, a hand towel would be good to have, a rack for clothes in the shower is also missing. But these are only nice-to-have's :-)

We hebben een fijn verblijf...<br>#128578; De locatie in Vieux Nice was perfect met een brasserie aan de overkant.<br>#128577; Het is ruim 15 minuten lopen met bagage van de sleutelkluis naar het appartement bij aankomst en vertrek. Het koffieapparaat deed het niet. De tv deed het niet. De bank viel uit elkaar. In de badkamer zat alles los.
