Appartement Confort près du lac de panorama à proximité de Paris

Prior to our arrival the communication with our host was fine. We notified our host of our arrival time. Host prepared detailed instructions on how to access the property. There was an outside locked gate, a locked vestibule and then a locked door to enter inside to all of the apartments. However, the instructions did not work for entering the property. It took us an hour from our arrival to finally enter the apartment complex. This required the help and trust of other people that lived in the complex to get inside. The people that lived in the complex attempted to follow the hosts instructions but they could not make it work either. The host was not onsite and he did not respond to repeated communication requests. Once inside the apartment it appeared clean. However, the next morning, we learned that we were sleeping on dirty sheets. The host was completely unresponsive. On this trip to France we had extended stays in other VRBO properties and we couldn't have been more satisfied. This host was a terrible exception.

Location is safe and in a lovely area and with a very secured parking. The room is clean. There are shops and restaurants nearby with children’s park which the kids loved a lot. The host is friendly and we enjoyed our stay even it is very short. Will certainly come back in the future. This is minor but the casserole can be cleaner and the tray in the oven can be updated.

Really beautiful apartment in a very superb area of outer Paris. It took like an hour to get to the city center with metro / tram but we had a very safe and quiet stay in this wonderful part of Clamart. Also Uber / Bolt drives here and the view of the lake is just stunning!Perfect apartment in perfect surroundings, we just loved it!
