Appartement confortable - Proche du lac

😊: Very poor communication from the host no response from the telephone number shown on booking. Com Apartment was unusable due to not been able to use water The bed looked like it had been used The toilet was dirty Advised by host not to use the water Took 2 hours to get into the property. The apartment is not run by the hotel only an individual This apartment should not be rented in this poor condition it is not upto a satisfactory rental apartment. 😢: The Apartment should be in full working order for the price charged I was expected to let workman in at 0900 in the morning booking.com staff recommended I sleep in my car when we couldn’t get hold of the host they advised that they sent an email and I would just have to park up and wait till they respond very poor customer service.
