😊: Only location was good. 😢: The beds, kitchen, washroom, cleaning, there is no staff for help. Very bad experience. Highly not recommended..

😊: Bedding & towels were clean. 😢: Firstly, I really don't like to leave negative reviews, & wasn't expecting anything great from this place as we didn't pay much for it at all, we were only looking for somewhere to sleep after full days spent in disneyland. Unfortunately, the place was not clean, the floors were really sticky when we arrived, and everything looked dirty. The shower was almost unusable , water sprayed our at a funny angle, the shower curtain was basically a sheet of plastic with holes in it the shower head dripped continuously, the base boards were filthy, windows were dirty & the walls and doors and door handles were all either worn or damaged. If we had time to move accommodation during our stay, we would have. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake with noisy neighbours . There were ants in the kitchen. Unfortunately we were only in France for few days so had to put up with it..

😊: N/A. 😢: Location is different on booking.com than it is when you get the confirmation through. Walls are paper thin, and you can hear people coming and going all night. Not suitable for family's with prams as there is a really steep spiral staircase to get up and down. Had to break down the pram and carry the baby which didn't feel safe at all. Broken window in the toilet that didn't fully close so you can hear traffic all night from the toilet as well as poor drainage causing a really foul smell. Front and back door to the property left open all night meaning you never know who is going to be in the apartment when you open the door and it's not exactly in the safest area. Staff have been absolutely terrible. We ended up leaving the property and booking somewhere else after 2 days due to the problems highlighted in this review. The property couldn't care less and refused to give us a refund or even apologise for the shambles of a stay. I have all the evidence screenshotted to support everything I hsve said in this review..

😊: The property is near to local stores and transportation and it was family friendly. 😢: The bathroom is a little small but it was useable.

😊: You can get access very easy beacause it has the metro 10 minute away. The owener was very nice and responded for things that i needed The bed was very comfortable You have markets and and pastries very near to the house The check in its very easy and the house its safe ( also the neighborhood its very calm and nice) It has the tools for eating and cooking. 😢: The bathroom gets very wet from the water of the shower It needes to have basic things at kitchen to cook like salt, pepper, oil, Also the cooker was blocked and i couldn’t fix it to cool even though the owner explained to me.
