Appartement cool en plein centre de Libourne

😊: Lockbox and instruction provided ahead of arrival. No issues here.. 😢: We ultimately did not stay a single night at this property due to severe cleanliness issues. Upon arrival, we found cockroaches in the apartment. Both the bedsheets and towels were badly stained. The bathroom was dirty, and the living room couch was low quality and covered in stains. Despite leaving immediately, the host declined to issue a refund. I seriously question the truthfulness of the 10/10 reviews here. See pictures for context..
