😊: nothing. 😢: the first thing is that the owner does not put the correct address on the advertising,i booked a taxi for the address that is on the booking and the address is henri dunant,and due to this i miss taxi. also i booked for 3 persons when arrrived at the appartment only 2 towels,i than got in contact with the owner she said will come give towels the next day after she finish work,this is bad sercive. Also first night we had to use our coats to cover ourselfs as there was no blankets,again she bring them next day after i work. Also to go in at the premisses we had to push big rubbish bines to the side so we could go in,i have photos..
