Appartement cosy à Super-Besse - Parking privé

😊: The location. 😢: Te firts day of booking, we were told the apartment was occupied and we would have to go to another one for two days (out of a total of four). We made the change on the day and time they told us, and when we arrived at the apartment, it hadn't been cleaned. They told us to come at 10:00 AM, but we couldn't access it until after 4:00 PM, wasting the entire day without any explanation or apology. It was a shameful experience..
