Appartement cosy au coeur du vieux Nice

😊: I loved the location of this apartment. In the middle of old town and close to the station. Apartment was big enough for one person, a little tight for 2 but manageable.. 😢: There are some very steep steps going up to the apartment, if you have issue or are older its something to think about..

😊: The location is excellent, right in the heart of Old Nice, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere and being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the beach. The apartment is cozy and appears to have been recently renovated.. 😢: Our stay was disappointing for several reasons. The property did not have Wi-Fi during our stay, and the owner did not seem concerned about resolving the issue or communicating effectively. There is also a very narrow entrance with about ten steep steps leading up to the apartment. This was not disclosed in the listing and we were only informed about it two hours before our arrival, which was far too late to make alternative arrangements. Another major inconvenience was the air conditioner. Its condensation drains into a container inside the apartment, which has to be emptied into the sink every day. If you forget, the container can overflow and cause water to flood the floor. This should also have been clearly mentioned in the property description. Overall, we felt that important information about the property was not disclosed in advance, which negatively affected our stay..

😊: Great location, near the beach, harbour and the great old town area. Easy to get to from the airport via the tram. On a great street with so many shops and places for food..

😊: The apartment is quite new, extremely small but comfortable and equipped with all the necessary household appliances. There is a bus and tram stop nearby, and a supermarket is in the immediate vicinity.. 😢: It was a bit noisy because the apartment is located in the old town so you can hear street noise both day and night. There was construction work going on in the neighborhood during the night which disturbed sleep and rest. Mosquitoes were also a problem..
