Appartement Cosy et de bon Standing - One-Bedroom Apartment

😊: In general, we chose this accommodation because of its reasonable price and its convenient location, only about 20 minutes from the train station. I liked that it was situated in a very quiet area. It felt safe and peaceful, and it was easy to get anywhere from there.. 😢: It was quite difficult to sleep at night because there is no air conditioning in the apartment. During the summer, the rooms become very hot, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. Opening the bedroom windows is not really a practical solution, as they are located very low and leaving them open could make it easy for someone to enter from outside. I believe air conditioning should be installed to improve guests' comfort, especially during the warmer months. Another issue was that although there was a coffee machine available, no coffee was provided. In my opinion, even basic coffee should be included for guests, as it is a small but important convenience for travelers..

😊: The apartment is a 20-minute walk from Vincennes, which is an attractive suburb with lots of places to eat and shop. The RER station at Fontenay sous bois is walkable and gets you into Paris quickly. 😢: The bathroom is a poorly constructed cramped and airless box with bad plumbing off the kitchen/sitting area. The street is very noisy at night and the flat was extremely hot in the summer weather, even with the windows open at night. There was a lot of noise past midnight from the neighbouring apartment/attic floor above.

Parfait !<br>#128578; L’appartement était parfait ! Conforme au photo! Très propre et très jolie, on ce sent comme à la maison. J’étais venu pour une nuit pour le travail, je reviendrai !! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermé. La proprio et très sympas et réponds rapidement ! Merci à elle ❤️
