Appartement cosy et lumineux, 20 min de Paris, proche Stade de France et CDG, Wifi

😊: Just because the location was near the train station.. 😢: It was super dirty place. Full of dust, we booked for 4 people we were expecting 2 to sleep in the sofa bed so they were informed we will be 4 people but they do not left any bedding for the people who need to sleep on the sofa. By the way the bedding in the bedroom was used and not washed. It was just one towel used and wet too. The host promised will transfer me some money to me to buy towels but he didn't. We never stayed in bad place like this. The shower drain was blocked .We went to buy cleaner for pipes to unblock it. Where the cutlery stayed it was dirty and smelly towel in. All draw was in bad smell..

😊: Not much.. 😢: This place was NOT 20 minutes to Paris, I needed to walk 8 minutes to tren station then change to a different metro station so it is about 35 to 45 minutes depending on tren schedule. The worst is I had to do a $300 EU deposit and it has been 3 weeks without getting my deposit back so I'm putting a complaint with the app and my Bank, I did dm this person without any answers..

😊: Location was ok for seasoned travellers like us, but maybe a bit difficult for less experienced or those who don't speak French. Bed comfortable. Wifi good. Cooking facilities fine. Tv/ Netflix good.. 😢: Did not appreciate the entrance gate with code and the darkness of the courtyard which required a timer button for lighting. Customers need to be told where the button is. Also think the advert needs to mention the very steep staircase to the bedroom and that the sofa is in fact a bed settee. The 40 Euro cleaning charge is however a joke and should only be charged if the flat is left in a mess. Not fair..
