😊: The location of the Apartment, the cosy and clean rooms, the view from the lounge and the functional kitchen. Close proximity to tram and bus stops.. 😢: The property owners need to be more welcoming and provide timely support and help. The sofa cum bed was extremely uncomfortable and needs to be replaced..

😊: The apartment was modern and clean. Felt like a home away from home. It was also in very close proximity to the bus and tram stops. Supermarket in walking distance and the area was quiet and my family felt safe. They also offer free onsite parking which we did not use. Would definitely stay there again.. 😢: The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but I guess this is based on individual needs and preference. The cleaner was there bang on 11:00am on the day of check out, was surprised there was no grace period..
