Double booking scam<br>#128578; Nothing.<br>#128577; Has taken our money without providing us with accomodation. No english communication despite saying so on reservation page, cancelled our booking by a small message in the chat system and NOT via an official cancellation - we did not get a mail or anything about it, and had no place to sleep when we arrived in Chauteauroux. Did not pick up phone when we called 6 times that day.
