Appartement Cosy Rouen

😊: Clean, comfortable and easy enough to park (for free) on the streets nearby. We liked the appliances : washing machine, fridge / freezer, comfortable mattress, good wifi. Mohamed was very helpful with any question we had. I would happily stay here again.. 😢: The door to the apartment is a bit tricky but once you figure out how to open it, it’s not a problem at all..

😊: The fact that they don't charge extra for pets. You don't see that very often. Free public parking is also a plus. You can walk to the downtown, but is not super close.. 😢: I thing the communication can ben improved. I only spoke with the host at the end of the stay, and he was only concerned about the garbage and the dishes. At the check out, he told me that he was coming to get the keys. We waited there and then at the limit for the check out, he sent me a message saying he was not coming, and told me to not to leave the apartment later than the check out. It sounded like it was a favor for us to stay at his apartment. The couch, pillows and bed can be more comfortable, for sure. We spend 4 nights and we only got two toillet paper, and it was that one with very thin layers. My wife is pregnant, and that was a problem, then we bought extra. There was no hand towels, only two body towels. The apartment is good, seems renovated, but the building and the neighborhood is poor and you can hear everything outside..
