Had a wonderful stay in June 2025 at Anne’s beautiful apartment. It was clean and well equipped.Beds were very comfortable and the large windows and ample kitchen were appreciated .The location is close to several metro lines and so many restaurants and bars to suit all ages.The noise from the street at night was loud at times but fine once windows shut .Anne was a responsive and helpful host. Would recommend this apartment without hesitation for your next trip to Paris.

Urlaub dort, wo sich wenige Turisten hinverirren und trotzdem die ganze Welt zu Hause ist. Klar, die Wohnung ist weit oben ohne Fahrstuhl und stellenweise (WC) sehr eng, aber wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, gut ausgestattetes Apartment inmitten eines lebendigen, multikulturellen Wohnviertels. In unmittelbarer Nähe finden sich viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants in vernünftiger Preislage. Auch die Metro und ein Taxistand befinden sich quasi vor der Haustür, wobei sich einige touristische Ziele durchaus auch gut zu Fuß erreichen lassen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, wir haben uns insgesamt sehr wohlgefühlt und können die Adresse uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben als Familie eine tolle Zeit in der süß eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht: netter, unkomplizierter Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, verlässliche Abwicklung, prima ausgestattet und eine sehr gute Lage als Startpunkt mit direkter Metro- und Buslinie vor der Tür. Zu empfehlen!

Beautiful apartment with great light and fascinating view of some of the roofs of Paris. Clean, very well equipped, comfortable beds, fourth floor on a charming wooden blue and white stairway, entry via a quiet and spacious courtyard, delicious bakery at the foot of the building. Great experience!

We enjoyed our stay in this trendy apartment. Very convenient to the metro, which made it so easy for us to get to all areas of Paris. The apartment was clean and comfortable and met our needs. Communication with Anne was very easy throughout the booking and during our stay.
