😊: An absolutely beautiful apartment, located right in the middle of town. Stylishly decorated with lots of space, we were extremely comfortable during our stay. The apartment was clean, light and airy and there were lots of facilities. There is on site safe parking.. 😢: Nothing!.

It felt like a real home away from home and had a lot of space. The big living room was exceedingly comfortable, the kitchen was spacious, including a big table for at least 6 people. Great for playing cards in the afternoon. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you need to cook proper meals, it was nearly a shame not to do so and go out...

Great for playing cards in the afternoon. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you need to cook proper meals, it was nearly a shame not to do so and go out for dinner every day. One floor higher, there are three bedrooms, one with twin and two with double beds. Again, everything is lovingly decorated and very comfortable. As the weather wasn't so nice and one of our family didn't feel too well, we stayed in the flat for a whole day, and while the point of going on holiday is obviously to see something, it was also really nice just to relax in this wonderful flat. Additionally, the communication with the hosts (via booking.com) was excellent. They let us know everything we needed to know in advance, were available for questions and answered quickly, and seemed to really care that we had everything we needed. Three things to note: - there is a parking space, but anything higher, wider or longer than a VW Passat won't fit. I just about squeezed in. This was mentioned in the correspondence before we arrived, though. - the washing machine is in the cellar, it's actually a big room (only for that flat) where you can hang your washing as well (although a tumble drier is available) - Saint Brieuc is not the most interesting of all the towns we visited, but it is a good spot from which to explore the cost of northern Britanny. St Malo is only an hour away, so using this great flat and then making day tours is highly recommended..

Erg goed<br>#128578; Mooi groot appartement. Alles ter beschikking. Goed ingerichte keuken. Heel goed bed. Rustig hoewel het in centrum stad ligt. Restaurants en bars en winkels heel gemakkelijk te voet bereikbaar.<br>#128577; Op dak zat nest meeuwen. Maakten al vroeg in de ochtend veel lawaai. Maar hier kan niet veel aan verholpen worden. Is toeval. Maar ook extra attractie:)
