Appartement dans le vieux Boulogne sur Mer

😊: The location was great & Nina was incredibly responsive with the couple queries we had during our stay! Previous reviews mention an issue with lighting on the stairs up to the apartment. This has been fixed & the staircase is now well lit. It is on the top floor so 60 stairs up to the apartment, but it is by no means dangerous.. 😢: The kitchen was well stocked, but it lacked a chefs knife for chopping & a larger chopping board. Otherwise everything was excellent!.

😊: Location is ideal for exploring the wonderful old town of boulogne. 😢: The property when we stayed was fundamentally unsafe. No lighting on the creaky wonky uneven 3 flights of stairs No smoke detectors or fire alarms in the hall stairwell No firedoor to the apartment and the door that was there had a 20mm gap at the bottom due to poor fitting Constant smell of sewage old soil pipe had been blocked up with kitchen roll All these points were raised with the property before making the review and confirmed to be issues but apparently we have a bad attitude.
