Appartement dans une maison de caractère entourée d'un grand espace vert

Hébergement et cadre juste magnifique. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour une famille. L' accueil par les propriétaires est vraiment très chaleureux, il ne manque absolument rien ! Vivement notre prochain séjour là bas !

Excellent accueil. L'appartement est bien équipé, agréable. Son emplacement permet d'explorer le chablais, Thonon, les plages et ports du Léman proches et de passer une journée à Genève via la gare de Bons en Chablais située à 10km. (billet de train couplé aux transports genevois bus ou petits bateaux ). Nous avons pu profité du jardin pour nous reposer ou pour les repas familiaux.

La maison est bien équipée, propre et très calme. Nous avons également bien apprécié le jardin (table, chaises, chaises longues). La situation géographique du lieu en fait une très bonne porte d'entrée pour voir le lac et les montagnes. Les hôtes sont prévenants et de bons conseils.

Our family of 4 rented Laurence and Dominique's apartment for a few days between Dec and Jan 2020. The flat was functional, clean, warm, private and quiet, exactly what we needed. It is ideally situated to visit the region (Genève, the lake and the mountains) without being in a busy village or expensive ski resort. Laurence and Dominque were attentive, responsive and friendly, just perfect hosts. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends and will hopefully get the chance to rent it during the summer to take advantage of the lovely garden.

The owners were very helpful and speak very good English. The house is really impressive and photos do not do it justice. The grounds and gardens around the house are extensive and allowed us to put sun loungers out, enjoy a book and some vin rouge. Agood location for Lac Leman (lake Geneva) and the beach at Excenevex as well as Annecy and Evian les bains. Strong wifi, supermarket very close, winery with tours 100m away. The apartment was very nice and had all you need in tbe kitchen to get started and very clean. It felt like we owned the chateau. Highly recommended if you want to visit this area of France.

We were having a family reunion some 8 miles from here in Gy, Geneva, Switzerland. This place was perfect for the overflow. My wife, cousin & I stayed here for five nights - last part of April, 2018. We spent most of our time doing reunion "stuff". Its location close to Geneva, Mont Blanc, Mont Salève over looking Geneva, Yvoire, Château de Chillon, the famous waters of Evian can't be beat. The accommodations were great and a ton of room to relax in the unit. A well stock kitchen even though we only used it for breakfast. Their cats were a joy and always kept guard on the house. Bottom line, the place was clean, beds comfortable and Laurence was always around if help were needed and his French was perfect!!! Most likely we'll use the place again. Très sympa. What a lovely apartment owned by a lovely family. We spent one week in this apartment, and we were very comfortable. We cooked our own breakfast every morning in an amply stocked kitchen, and then planned our day. We only had a week in the area, so we could not see everything. We were able to spend a couple days in Geneva (about a 30-minute drive), a day in Chamonix Mont Blanc (an hour away), a morning in Yvoire (15 minutes), an afternoon at Chateu de Chillon near Montreaux (a 45 minute drive). There is much more to see in the beautiful Lake Geneva area, but this was a start. One of the most delightful parts of the trip was a Friday evening conversation with the owners and their two children. Our vacation to this lovely area was in late September, and the weather was perfect all week. We have agreed that this was much more enjoyable than spending the week in a hotel. We were very comfortable in this little apartment, and our hosts made sure we had everything we needed.

We travelled across France in a oner on a brilliant road network and were given a very warm welcome from Dominique and Laurence, thankfully for my family they spoke good English. The apartment is lovely, it has all the mod cons you would require, a great shower room, a lovely lounge/dining room and two gorgeous bedroom with very comfy beds. The whole apartment is tastefully decorated and furnishings and bed linen all of a lovely quality. Dominique and Laurence were very helpful with lots of ideas to make your holiday the best ever. The position of the apartment is in a lovely quite rural location but very close to amenities and lots of fantastic places to visit, whether you are interested in history, architecture and shopping or going for the more active holiday and wanting white water rafting, cannoning (only for the very brave/mad people) death defying zip wires- Fantasticable, or downhill mountain biking or perhaps just a lazy pedal on a pedalo on the Lake just 2.5kms away. Yes this holiday had it all for us, a family of one bike mad husband and 14 year old son, me the old town lover and gentle sports enthusiastic and our daughter 16 who loved those exhilirating sporty activities. We can't recommend it strongly enough it was a fantastic holiday, thank you so much Dominique, Laurence your children and of course your loving cat for making us so welcome.
