Perfect place for the two of us for the few days we were in Paris. Great location and lots of good area info from the host.

If you're looking for a fair priced place to stay in one of the better districts in Paris then this is it. Plenty of places to eat and an easy walk to the Metro station. It's small but we knew that when we rented it. We really just wanted a place that was safe and that we could sleep. When we go on vacation we don't spend a whole lot of time in the room. We felt safe even getting back late. The owner communicates quickly and the housekeeper was standing there with the keys when we got there.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral bzgl. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Metro. Notre Dame und Louvre sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zwar klein, hat aber alles und ist sehr sauber. Die Wohnungsübergabe ist toll gelaufen. Man hat sich vom Vermieter gut begleitet gefühlt bzgl Wohnungsübergabe, man bekam immer zeitnah eine Antwort auf Fragen und außerdem wertvolle Tipps für Paris. Ich kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Comfortably sleeps three. Plenty of kitchen equipment if renter wants to cook in. Good location. Very safe, controlled access. Quiet neighborhood.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Il est confortable, propre et bien équipé et son emplacement est idéal. Nous remercions Julien pour son amabilité, son bon accueil et sa réactivité pour répondre à nos questions :)

The place was pretty small but perfect for a couple who enjoys being close. It is a studio and not a two bedroom. It was clean and had everything we needed! The location was wonderful, close to sites, food, markets and the metro. I would certainly stay here again.

In direkter Nachbarschaft sind sehr gute Restaurants, ein fantastischer Bäcker, den wir jeden Morgen aufgesucht haben, Supermarkt, Käseladen, etc. sowie mehrere Metro- und Bus-Haltestellen. Das Apartment ist klein aber fein, praktisch und gut organisiert eingerichtet. Wenn beide Betten ausgeklappt sind, geht es zwar etwas eng zu, was uns aber überhaupt nicht gestört hat, da wir tagsüber ohnehin in Paris und Umgebung unterwegs waren. Die Größe des Apartments hat auch deshalb gerade noch für uns (1 Erwachsener, 3 Kinder) gepasst, weil ich mit drei Kindern unterwegs war, von denen zwei immer noch gut Platz auf dem Schlafsofa gefunden haben – zwei Erwachsene oder ein Erwachsener und ein Kind hätten dort eher nur unbequem nebeneinander schlafen können. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter, Jean-Julien, war unkompliziert, mit stets prompten Antworten auf Rückfragen. Jean-Julien war immer hilfsbereit sowie sehr freundlich. Auch unsere späte Ankunft war überhaupt kein Thema für die Schlüsselübergabe. Es war insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder!

Great little ground floor studio in a perfect location! Host was very gracious and communicated promptly. Everything we needed in a very organized space. Murphy bed is very comfortable but the second pullout is not as comfortable and kind of blocks the bathroom door when it’s made up. We would definitely stay here again!
