Appartement de charme avec balcon au pied des commerces

😊: Perfect location, nice apartment, Aircon was appreciated. 😢: The pullout couch isn't very comfortable, I slept on a very similar one the night before that was great but this one you can feel all the springs. The regular bed is very comfy though. I didn't like the requirement to empty the bins before leaving, it seems like a basic service part of the price and we were in a hurry to catch a train in the morning with kids and luggage so not keen on finding out where we need to take it..

😊: The location is great, opposite Les Halles. The bathroom is nice, albeit a tad small, and the shower is great. The apartment has a good sized fridge and freezer, coffee machine. There was an air-con unit, not the best but it helped, also a fan. Both were necessities because of the weather! The building is quiet and peaceful, despite its location.. 😢: The place needs some attention, particularly the bedroom. Even a lick of paint would help. There was a lack of things, which are needed. Most people travel with cabin baggage and so are unable to bring the basics. There was no shower gel, shampoo, oil, salt, pepper, etc.. All hosts need to bear this in mind. The check-in is a faff..

😊: Very convenient location, beautiful view from the windows.. 😢: The noise from outside was very strong, not enough space to prepare food, the cutlery, dishes weren’t clean, the walls, especially in the bedroom we are very dirty.

😊: Second visit to this apartment during our 5 night short break to watch Montpellier play the Dragons. Lovely apartment well situated for restaurants, the market and a short walk to the cathedral and the lovely views from the top of Beziers. Communication with the hosts was very good. Charming is a good accurate description for this apartment. Would definately recommend and would stay here again..
