APPARTEMENT DE CHARME EN DUPLEX 70 M2 HYPER CENTRE DE PERPIGNAN

The apartment is lovely, completely central, well equipped and tasteful. We had an amazing few days and the hosts were available and very helpful. Thank you so much.

Excellent location. Near everything in the historic district. The apartment was very clean and had all the necessities. Kitchen was well appointed. No AC that we could tell so it would get a bit hot during the day in summer, but the cool nights were nice.

This is a spacious, very comfortable, clean ,well organized, tastefully decorated apartment. We were there for one month from mid February to mid March,2018. The kitchen is modern, efficient ,quite chique with many amenities.It is located in the centre of the old city of Perpignan is close to restaurants, markets, bus routes. It is in a charming, clean, safe neighbourhood.The train station is about a 20 minutes walk or a few minutes by bus. Benoit Chantal are a charming, very welcoming couple who want nothing but the best for you. We would definitely stay there again as our preferred place to stay in Perpignan. Nachdem wir die etwas versteckt liegende Straße gefunden hatten, erwartete uns eine sehr funktionelle, gut ausgestattete Wohnung auf zwei Etagen. Viel zentraler kann man in Perpignan nicht wohnen: mitten zwischen Rathaus und Kathedrale und doch sehr ruhig. Geht man um die Ecke ist man schon mitten im Geschehen. Und Perpignan ist wirklich sehr lebendig, eine liebenswerte Stadt mit ganz eigenem katalanischen Flair, in der es viel zu entdecken gibt. Fazit: Wir waren rundum zufrieden, vielleicht mit der kleinen Einschränkung, dass die Parkraumsituation angespannt und das Parken in der Tiefgarage ziemlich teuer ist.

Situé en plein cœur de Perpignan, ce logement est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Il est proche de toutes commodités et idéalement situé. Pour ceux qui aime flâner, découvrir de bonne table et accessoirement faire les boutiques, il est fait pour vous. Je le recommande les yeux fermés.
