😊: location and clean apartment host was lovely. 😢: the amount of stairs and having to pay a 350euro if case i broke something deposit..

😊: Location and the talented artist Emma!. 😢: A bit of too many stairs with luggage.

😊: Emma was so welcoming and hospitable. I booked at the last minute having to check in immediately. After quite a frantic start as the booking was unexpected for host and the apartment had not yet been cleaned, Emma kindly met me to take my bag so I can go on with my plans whilst the apartment is cleaned. She was very responsive in communication. The apartment is quirky, light and bright and was very comfortable. All amenities was well thought of and there was nothing lacking. Emma was also flexible with my check out time considering I had checked in so late as the apartment was not ready. Location was fantastic also. 😢: Not so much a problem for me as I only had a small backpack for this overnighter however the apartment is up a few flights of stairs to the main door, and then within the apartment itself up another flight of very narrow stairs, so if you're carrying heavy luggage, something to bear in mind.

😊: Quirky and in the centre of Aix. Lovely host who was very helpful even though we booked 30 mins before arriving. Lots of extras provided to make our stay comfortable.. 😢: Up several flights of stairs that may be difficult for some but no problem for us confirmed couch potatoes..

😊: Nothing - I was unable to check in as the owner lives outside AIX. 😢: Incredibly rude owner. I booked super last minute as I was in a cycling tour. She called me and just shouted at me over the phone. Incorrect phone number on the booking. Was a truly unpleasant experience. Would not recommend.
